BC Powder (pain reliever with aspirin DON'T TAKE IF YOU CAN'T TAKE ASPIRIN!)<br />2. Diet Coke (the caffeine will help with fatigue, the sodium will help with recovery & the bubbles will help settle your stomach)<br />3. I have also "heard" that smoking pot will help<br /><br />Next time:<br />1. EAT SOMETHING before or during<br />2. DRINK WATER before, during and after<br />3.
