Within the next day or so, 33 men will get to go home to their families. They have spent over 2 MONTHS trapped in a mine without their families. I just find it so amazing that these gents have managed to survive without losing faith in the Creator and each other.
These fellows range from a teenage young man who lives with his mother to grandfathers. Their families and the entire nation of Chile have watched and waited with the rest of us. And like their loved ones, these men have never stopped hoping. They could have let disagreements come between them and threaten their survival, but have united as a family of men young and old. Humans are incredible when they unite. If witnessing this doesn't make you cry, you are absolutely vacant.
