The 27 year old was arrested after a breeder called police. Apparently there was sufficient "evidence" to arrest the weirdo, but not for Bestiality. He was arrested for Killing or Disabling a Horse and will probably walk because Bestiality is not included in sex abuse felonies in Alabama. Under section 30-1-3, incestuous marriages are also legal. Selling a sex toy or opening an umbrella on the street- those things are illegal.
