Summer has hit and patios, pools, and campgrounds are places we don't walk to, we run to. (or drive our super-speedy Corvette or in my case a moderately-dented pickup truck) But wherever we go, we have fun. And I like to have a few beverages of the sweet variety with or without booze, so I came up with this cooler. It's awesome enough to make your mama fall in the firepit.
The problem is, the yummy booze concoction doesn't have a name, so I'm asking you folks what this lustful libation should be called. I'll figure out a wicked way to reward the winner.
The Goods
Watermelon, seedless, chilly, large cubes. (peel this, dude) . Reserve the juice from when you chopped it up or squeeze some with a blender, meat mallet, or work boot.
Fresca
Vodka
Lemon Juice
Get out a big glass and fill it 1/3 of the way with the cold melon chunks and a few spoons of the juice and a teaspoon of lemon juice.. Add 1 1/2 ounces vodka. Stir. Fill with Fresca. ..Stir again. Let sit for a few minutes..(During this time you might want to hide your car keys) .. Drink..Eat..Repeat.
